Impressions of the Mobilities

This video shows the best moments and experiences of all the mobilities and acitivies.

Teacher Meeting

Reflection and working meeting in Germany

Our last mobility took place in Germany. Here, the teachers involved met to write the final report and conclude the project.

Acitivities at the end of the Projekt

Second filling in the questionaire

At the end of the project, all children filled out the same questionnaire regarding nature and environmental protection as at the beginning. It was investigated whether the children were able to gain more knowledge and experience in the field of environmental protection through the project and whether they were able to reproduce this knowledge independently.

This improvement was observed in all four countries. Accordingly, this goal of the project has been achieved.

Exchange of the mascots

Our mascots went on a journey

Throughout the project, each country exchanged its own mascot with the other project schools. This way, each child or school could spend time with the mascot of the other countries. This was great fun for the children.

INsekt Hotel

The children became active

Each country built an insect hotel as part of the project, which was placed in the school garden. This was filled with suitable materials. In the course of time, more and more insects found their new home in it. This showed the children that they can help nature and the environment with small steps.

Student Mobility

We visited Portugal

On 7 May 2023, pupils and their teachers set off for Portugal. A great and varied programme and many new experiences awaited them there. They not only learned about the country's nature and the problems and dangers there, but also how to protect it.
Climate Change

The children got active - the result: an eBook

The children in Austria worked together to create an eBook about climate change and what they can do about it as children.

Student Mobility

We visited Austria

On 12 February 2023, the time had finally come. The project countries set off for Austria with selected pupils. There, a great week of exciting activities awaited them, such as a visit to a glacier.

Christmas cards

Merry Christmas to all our Erasmus+ friends

At Christmas, the pupils from each country sent each other self-made Christmas cards. These were made from traditional materials and also natural products. As this was done every year of the current project, the children always looked forward to the letters that arrived.

Student Mobility

We visited Bulgaria

A new adventure started on 25 September 2022. Each country sent selected students and their teachers to Bulgaria. The school there welcomed the participating project countries very nicely and organised a great programme for the children.

Tree of Friendship

Friendship that can grow

Each project country planted a tree during the project which represents the cooperation and friendship within the students from each country. This tree will serve as a reminder of the great experiences, the new contacts and friendships, but also of the importance of nature and its protection.

Student Mobility

We visited Germany

Finally, the time had come. On 29 May 2022, we were able to start the first mobility with the students to Germany. We have been waiting for this moment for a long time. The German children and teachers organised a great week, full of exciting experiences, new experiences and also developing friendships. One experience we will never forget, for example, was the mudflat hike in the Baltic Sea.

Activities at the beginning of the projekt

First filling in the questionaire

At the very beginning of the project, the students from each country were given a questionnaire asking them about their previous knowledge of nature in their own country, but also about the characteristics of nature in the other countries. The questionnaire also included the topics of environmental protection, renewable energy and the importance of nature in our lives. The aim was to find out about the children's previous knowledge. At the end of the project, the pupils were asked to fill out the same questionnaire again. This before-and-after survey is intended to determine the increase in this knowledge in the course of the project.

Teacher meeting

Planning and working meeting in Portugal

On 27 September 2021 we started our first mobility in the Erasmus+ project „Nature is a treasure“. All participating teachers from the four participating schools met to plan and organise the project together. Great ideas were found and exciting activities were planned.
