About the Mobility
Information and aims
Our last trip took the students of our Erasmus+ project to Nelas, Portugal. There they experienced a great programme consisting of sightseeing, the sea, nature and much more. The aim was for the children to learn more about the environment in Portugal and the marine life there.
This group photo was taken on the last day in Porto. The children really enjoyed this fantastic city.
Our Programm
All this happened
On the first day, we were greeted with a wonderful party. There was delicious traditional food and fun games for the children. These were all made from recycled materials.
In the afternoon, we went on a guided tour of Viseu. We also visited the parliament, the church and the city park.
The next day we travelled on to Aveiro. There we were able to travel through the city on the special Moliceiro boats.
In this town, we also had the opportunity to make the traditional sweet "Ovos Moles" ourselves.
After a short drive, we came to a museum for shipping. This was very interesting for the children. Here you could see how fishing was done in the past.
The next day we were given a literary tour of Nelas. The Portuguese teachers told us a lot about the city.
The children also got to know Oksar in the Nelas library. He introduced the children to the world of stories and baked cupcakes with them.
In Porto, we visited the Sea Life Museum. There, the children were able to learn about many different species of fish and marine life.
In the afternoon, the Portuguese school organised a great picnic in the park. There were lots of delicious things to eat.
Finally, the time had come. The children were able to see and feel the sea in Porto. For many, it was their first time by the sea. It was a great experience.
On the last day, we strolled through the city together and enjoyed the evening together.
The food in Portugal was very tasty. The children always looked forward to dinner together.
